Betty Beatrice Bowers' Obituary
Betty "Bea" Beatrice Bowers, 89, of Albemarle, N.C., passed away Tuesday February 6, 2018 in Bethany Woods Nursing Center. Her memorial service will be 11 AM Saturday February 10, 2018 at the Albemarle Wesleyan Church with Pastor James Valk officiating. There will be no visitation.
Betty was born August 19, 1928 in Stanly County, N.C. and was the daughter of the late Benjamin Bingham and Rhoda Miller Bingham. She retired from Jeffries as a textile inspector. Betty attended Albemarle Wesleyan Church.
Mrs. Bowers is survived by her husband Johnnie Edward Bowers of Albemarle, N.C. and brother-in-law Lamar Bowers and wife Pat of Albemarle, N.C.
Memorials may be given to the Albemarle Wesleyan Church, 33713 Mann Road, Albemarle, N.C. 28001.
