Benjamin Eliot Keyes, Jr.'s Obituary
Benjamin Eliot Keyes, Jr., of Wingate, NC , died on October 23, 2014 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was a Software Support Manager for Automotive Management Solutions. He was born in Ft. Polk, Louisiana, and was a native of Goose Creek, South Carolina.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Chris Justice at Lee Park Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening, October 28, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Service, 1003 E. Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
Survivors include his wife, Penni Wilkie Keyes of the home; his mother Janie Gibbs Keyes of Hanahan, South Carolina; and a daughter Skyler Keyes of Wingate; two brothers Bryan Keyes of Tampa, Florida and Justin Keyes of Augusta, Georgia; two sisters, Alisa K. Wetzig of Goose Creek, SC and Natalie Braunsdorf of Berlin, Germany. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father Benjamin E. Keyes, Sr., and a brother Jeffrey Keyes.
Mr. Keyes will be taken to Rivers Funeral Home; 421 Redbank Road; Goose Creek, South Carolina 29445, phone 843-824-9990 on Thursday for a wake and funeral there on Friday, October 31, 2014.
