Shelly Capps
Anyone who knew Barbara knows she was a little spitfire. The side they did not often get to see was her soft, nurturing nature. My story will share that. Barbara is my Aunt, my mother's sister, and I have so many fun memories of growing up with her and my cousins. When my mom and dad split I was very young and my mom lived out of state at that time. Naturally my sister and I missed her, so we would visit my Aunt Barbara frequently and she would do the sweetest thing. When we would sleepover, she would put on my mons perfume and we would snuggle to sleep with her. I don't know if she ever knew the comfort that provided during that time, but it still means so very much to me. I will miss her fire, but am comforted by knowing that her pain is no more. With deepest sympathy, Shelly.
