Banthao Chanthavong's Obituary
Banthao Chanthavong, 43, of Troy, NC passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Visiting hours will be from 3-6PM on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care in Albemarle. His funeral service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory.
Mr. Chanthavong was born February 3, 1979 in Nan, Thailand to Sao Chanthavong and Bounthanh Douangkham Chanthavong. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and his dog Buddy.
Banthao is survived by his wife Katie Phoumynavong; sons: Jadon Chanthavong, Jacob Chanthavong, Maddox Chanthavong; brother: Denh Chanthavong. He is preceded in death by his sister: Vanbao Chanthavong.
