Allen Linker's Obituary
Allen
Linker, age 49,of Locust passed away on November 10, 2019 in his home. His
funeral service will be 2 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Freedom Baptist
Church in Locust with Rev. Wally Gilmer and Rev. Gerald Baucom officiating. The
family will receive friends on Tuesday evening at Stanly Funeral and Cremation
Care of Locust from 6 to 8 PM.
Allen was born in Concord, NC on July 9, 1970 to Carl Linker Sr. and Shirley
Hartsell Linker of Locust. He was a member of Freedom Baptist Church and
operated Linker Brothers Construction Company and also worked at Locust ACE
Hardware. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time with his friends. He
was crazy over his grandbaby, Ellis.
Allen is survived by his wife Talisa Morgan Linker of the
home, two daughters Jerrika Mullinix and husband Matthew of Locust and Nadalee
Linker of the home, granddaughter Ellis Claire Mullinix, brother Ernie Linker
and wife Holli of Locust, in-laws Tommy and Brenda Morgan of Stanfield,
sister-in-law Tammy Griffin and husband Mike of Stanfield, nephew Cody Linker,
two nieces Emily Douglas and husband Brandon and Brooke Hartsell and husband
Jacob, two great nieces Addilyn Hartsell and Taryn Douglas and family friends
Brian and Shelly Osborne.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly and the
Uwharrie, 960 N. First St., Albemarle, NC 28001 and Live Again Ministries, PO
Box 333, Locust, NC 28097.
