Benjamin David Plyler

Benjamin David Plyler, 33, of Albemarle passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 in his home. His funeral service will be Monday, May 2, 2022 at 6pm at First Baptist Church of Albemarle. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church in the fellowship hall from 4:30pm until 5:30pm. Born December 20, 1988 in Mecklenburg County, NC, he was the son of Jeffrey Plyler of Jamestown, NC and Audrey Fisher Gaydon of Concord. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Albemarle and was an employee of Walmart. His main focus in his life was his daughter, Sophia. In addition to his parents, Mr. Plyler is survived by a daughter, Sophia Madison Campbell Ayala of Albemarle, siblings Jason Plyler (Andrea) of Hudson, Brandon Gaydon (Danielle) of Concord, Jessica Crisco (Matt) of Stanfield, Lesley Rummage (Brandon) of Mt. Pleasant, Grant Plyler of Albemarle, Ross Plyler of Albemarle, Tate Plyler (Courtlin) of Albemarle, Kale Plyler of Albemarle, and Camdyn Plyler of Albemarle, as well as his grandparents David and Shirley Fisher of Albemarle.
