Found this out while working a wreck. Troy and Annette have been a part of my family since the mid 90â€™s maybe earlier. My Monroe HS football jacket is embroidered because of Troy and Annette. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Troy at Wingate University a few years ago. He and I quickly became friends. Rarely did a day go by when he wasn't encouraging one of the students on his shuttle route. He loved talking with coworkers about the faithfulness of God. We would often talk on Facebook and he would always give an Amen on one my post. Mr. Troy will be missed. He was a kind friend.
