Woodrow Franklin Clodfelter, 71, of 50321 Clodfelter Road, Albemarle, NC, passed away on Saturday, September 26th, 2009 at his home. His family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral Home on Monday, September 28th, 2009 from 6 PM to 8 PM and his funeral will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, September 29th, 2009 at the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Charles Spivey will officiate and burial will be in StanlyGardens of Memory.
Born March 3rd, 1938 in Stanly County, NC, Mr. Clodfelter was the son of the late O.W. (Otis Woodrow) and Allie Mae Mills Clodfelter. He was retired from Albemarle Fiber and Finishing.
He is survived by two sons: Michael Clodfelter and Bobby Clodfelter of Albemarle, NC; one daughter: Teresa C. Blackwelder and husband Jim of Harrisburg, NC; one brother: Bobby Dean Clodfelter of Albemarle, NC; and two grandchildren: Travis and Jessie Clodfelter.
