Born November 13, 1923 in Stanly County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie C. Talbert and Ethel Lou Hatley Talbert.  She was a graduate of New London High School and a retired employee of Jefferies Southern Processors.  She was a member of Prospect Baptist Church.  She was maried to the late Hazel Brady Bullock.  She is survived by three daughters: Rickey Bullock Perkins of Albemarle, Deborah Bullock Morton of Norwood, and Myra Bullock Maner of Norwood; one brother, James Martin Talbert of Albemarle; two sisters: Juanita Talbert Hatley and Delores Talbert Harris of Albemarle, NC; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
