Pearlie Harper Fraley, age 75, of 48439 Ingram Road, New London, NC, passed away on Friday, January 13th, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle, NC.  Her funeral will be at 11 AM on Monday, January 16th, 2012 in Stanly Funeral Home's Chapel and her family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM just prior to the hour of service.  Rev. Joe Smith will officiate.

Born October 11th, 1936 in Stanly County, NC, Mrs. Fraley was the daughter of the late Rufus Floyd Harper and Mamie Bell Paul Harper.  she was a retired restaurant worker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn w. Fraley, and two sisters, Flonnie Bowers and Lillian Richardson.  She is survived by two sons, Brant Floyd Glover of Mississippi and Marc S. Glover of Albemarle, NC; two daughters, Lana McPherson of Albemarle, NC and Cassie R. Glover of New London, NC; two sisters, Beatrice Hearne of Charlotte, NC and Arlene Diaz of Tampa, FL; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
