Mrs. Marie Early Wise, age 91, passed away on Friday, December 24th, 2010 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle, NC.  Her graveside funeral will be at 1 PM on Monday, December 27th, 2010 in the Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Born March 22nd, 1919 in Stanly County, NC, Mrs. Wise was the daughter of the late Lester and Grace Talbert Early, a homemaker, and a member of Anderson Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Franklin Wise; two brothers, Pete Early and Willard Early; and two sisters, Ethel Cranford and Ruth Hartsell.  She is survived by three daughters: Betty Early Kelly of Sumter, SC, Barbara W. Starnes of Albemarle, NC, and Susan W. Hudson of Durham, NC; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
