Juanita Talbert Hatley, age 85, passed away on Saturday, September 10th, 2011 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle, NC.  Her family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral Home from 6 PM to 8 PM and her funeral will be at 3 PM on Monday, September 12th, 2011 at Centerview Baptist Church in Albemarle, NC.  Rev. Todd Galloway and Rev. Charles Spivey will officiate and burial will be in Prospect Baptist Church's Cemetery.

Born November 7th, 1925 in Stanly County, NC, Mrs. Hatley was the daughter of the late Lonnie Chester Talbert and Ethel Hatley Talbert and was retired from the Wiscassett Mill Co. after 46 years of employment.  She was a member of Centerview Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hatley was preceded in death by her husband, James Luther Hatley.  She is survived by one son, James Lewis Hatley and wife Diane of Albemarle, NC; one daughter, Joann Hatley Isenhour and husband Ricky of Gold Hill, NC; one brother, Martin Talbert of Albemarle, NC; one sister, Dolores Harris of Albemarle, NC; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
