Mr. Jerry Anderson Bell, age 69, of 1242 Magnolia Street, Albemarle, NC, passed away on Friday, April 22nd, 2011 at his home. 

Born June 14th, 1941 in Stanly County, NC, Mr. Bell was the son of the late Claude Anderson Bell and Ilean Davis Bell.  He was retired from ALCOA Badin Works.  He was also owner and operator of Bells Paining of Albemarle.  He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and an avid NASCAR fan. 

He is survived by his wife, Frances Ingram Bell; one son, Tracy Bell of Albemarle, NC; one daughter, Rhonda Carver of Albemarle, NC; one step-son, Joe Almond of Albemarle, NC; one step-daughter, Mitzie Almond of Albemarle, NC; one brother, Gary Bell of Gibsonville, NC; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  One daughter, Darlene Bell Barbee, preceded him in death.
