Mr. James Richard Sinclair, age 70, of 36316 Palestine Road, Albemarle, NC, passed away on Saturday, October 29th, 2011 at his home.  His funeral will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011 at Dunn's Grove Baptist Church and burial will follow in Aquadale Baptist Church's Cemetery.  Rev. Wayne Austin will officiate.

Born February 4th, 1941 in Stanly County, NC, Mr. Sinclair was the son of Evelyn Lucille Wallace Sinclair of Norwood, NC and the late Marshall J. Sinclair.  He was educated at Aquadale School and a former employee of Wiscassett Mills Co.  He was a member of Dunn's Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Lucille Wallace Sinclair; one son, James Chris Sinclair and his wife Amy of Albemarle, NC; one daughter, Tracie Richelle Adams and husband Brad of Richfield, NC; one brother, Carl Robert Sinclair of Norwood, NC; one sister, Judy Marie Almond of Norwood, NC; three grandchildren: Kip Thomas Collins, Braden Christopher Adams, and Nicole Amber Medlin; and one great-grandchild, Kelih Thomas Collins.
