Ida Louise Drew "Tater" Corriher, age 63, of 1609 Hickory Avenue, Albemarle, NC, passed away on Tuesday, October 26th, 2010 at the home of a daughter.  Her funeral will be at 3 PM on Friday, October 29th, 2010 in Stanly Funeral Home's Chapel and her family will receive friends from 2 PM to 3 PM just prior to the hour of service.  Rev. Steve Barbee will officiate and burial will be in Stanly Gardens of Memory.

Born January 28th, 1947 in Leavenworth, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Beulah Nadine Haynes.  She was a waitress with Ryan's Family Steakhouse and a member of Gleaning Mission Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Lynell Corriher, Sr.  She is survived by three sons: Michael Hastings, Ron Corriher, and George "Chip" Corriher, Jr. all of Albemarle, NC; four daughters: Deana Bristow of Midland, TX, Kieoke Poplin of New London, NC, Lugenia "Tina" Whitaker of Albemarle, NC, and Jessie Paulette Story of Albemarle, NC; one sister, Larna Jean Sagun of Lexington Park, MD; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one neice, Tamera Woodward of York, SC; and one nephew, Jason Sagun of California.
