Darlene Owenby Robichaud, 47, of 1203 Pineview Street, Albemarle, NC, passed away on Thursday, January 14th, 2010 at Carolinas Medical Center - NorthEast in Concord, NC. Her funeral will be at 7 PM Tuesday, January 19th, 2010 in Stanly Funeral Home's Chapel. Rev. Mark Weekley will officiate and her family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 PM to 6:45 PM prior to the hour of service.
Born April 22nd, 1962 in Asheville, NC, Mrs. Robichaud was the daughter of Robert A. Owenby of Asheville and the late Margaret Mahafey Owenby. She was a graduate of Irwin High School and Queens College in Charlotte, NC. She was a homemaker and member of Central United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Paul A. Robichaud, and two sons: Alex and Bryan Robichaud.
