Mrs. Connie Marie Walker Loflin, age 66 of 1382 East Lee Street, Dawson, GA, passed away on Thursday, December 9th, 2010 at the Willison Hospice House in Albany, GA.  Her funeral will be at 3 PM on Sunday, December 12th, 2010 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel and her family will receive friends from 2 PM until 3 PM just prior to the hour of service.  Rev. Otis Goins will officiate and burial will be in Taylor's Grove Baptist Church.

Born on March 10th, 1944 in Davidson County, NC, Mrs. Loflin was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Harrison Walker.  She was a retired nurse and of the Baptist Faith. 

She is survived by her husband, Lester Edward Schuler; two sons, Barry Allen Loflin of Hot Springs, NC and Chad Schuler of North Port, FL; two daughters, Shonda Marie Loflin of Sarasota, FL and Tricia S. Murray of North Port, FL; two brothers, Max Walker of New London and Harold Walker of Albemarle, NC; one sister, Jettie Walker Whitley of Albemarle, NC; and ten grandchildren.
